Karlee approaches Mind in Motion sessions with a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental style. She creates space for you to be honest about what’s holding you back, clarify what you want your life to look like, and break big changes into steps that feel less overwhelming. With Karlee, you gain accountability and a true thought partner who is invested in helping your mind—and your life—move forward. |
Karlee is a certified health and behavioral coach for Mind in Motion at United Movement. She graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology, and gained her coaching experience working with the Walk With Ease research program as a health coach and enhanced exercise leader. Since graduating, she has been a full-time member of the United Movement front office team while growing her role within Mind in Motion. In her coaching, Karlee emphasizes that progress is not linear and that goals naturally shift with day-to-day life. She partners with clients to navigate setbacks, identify barriers, and find realistic next steps so they can move forward with confidence. Outside of her work at United Movement, Karlee enjoys traveling, running, photography, hiking, and baking.
