We are an integrated clinic gym in Ames Iowa, where medical professionals work closely together with top fitness professionals to provide comprehensive care and guidance for individuals seeking health and wellness.
Our Story
United Movement was founded in 2024 with a vision to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and fitness, offering a holistic approach to health and wellness. We recognized that traditional healthcare often operates in silos, leaving patients and clients without a clear path from injury recovery to peak performance. That’s why we brought together a diverse team of professionals—chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, Pilates instructors, and personal trainers—all working collaboratively under one roof.
Our mission is simple: to empower people to move better, live healthier, and achieve their goals through integrated care and personalized training. At United Movement, every patient and client is treated as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms or limitations.
