Anthony Guerra

Anthony believes that smart, consistent strength training is one of the most powerful tools for changing how you feel and perform day to day. His approach centers on solid fundamentals—good technique, progressive loading, and thoughtful exercise selection—rather than shortcuts or quick fixes. Whether you’re chasing better performance, building strength from the ground up, or looking to bridge the gap between rehab and full activity, Anthony’s goal is to make training challenging, understandable, and sustainable.

Why Train with Anthony?

High-Performance Background: Anthony spent the past two summers as a strength coach at the Seattle Sports Institute, where he worked with NFL athletes and Division I collegiate competitors. That experience gives him a clear understanding of what effective, targeted strength and conditioning really looks like at an elite level—knowledge he brings to every client, regardless of their starting point.

Education & Future Clinical Insight: As a Kinesiology and Health major on a Pre-Physical Therapy track, Anthony is building a strong foundation in biomechanics, exercise science, and rehabilitation principles. His goal of becoming a physical therapist shapes the way he designs training, blending performance with long-term joint and movement health.

Role at United Movement & Accessibility: Anthony has helped United Movement expand a commonly requested service: more flexible training times. He currently offers sessions on weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings, making it easier for students, professionals, and busy parents to build consistent training into their schedule.
