Leadership & Coaching: As a three-time team captain, O'Rien knows how to work with people, motivate them, and guide them toward their goals—whether it's recovering from an injury, increasing strength, or enhancing athletic performance.

Education & Training Expertise: O'Rien holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Sociology, giving him insight into how people grow, change, and overcome challenges—both physically and mentally.
