Strength rooted in movement.
Movement rooted in you.

WHAT PERSONAL TRAINING & STRENGTH IS (AT UNITED MOVEMENT)
At United Movement, personal training isn’t about random workouts or “body building-style” lifting — it’s a carefully structured system built on movement science, rehab principles, and real-life goals. Our Strength & Personal Training program offers:
Small-group Foundations of Strength classes (max 4 people) — perfect for foundational strength and mobility.
Fully individualized Personal Training (1-on-1) for clients with specific goals — whether it’s rebuilding after rehab, enhancing athletic performance, or building long-term resilience.
Programs tailored for three main tracks:
Performance — strength, power, endurance, athletic goals.
Longevity — staying strong, mobile, functional as you age.
Rehabilitation & Resilience — bridging the gap post-injury or PT/chiro, and transitioning safely back to training.
We don’t do cookie-cutter. We do individualized, smart, load-aware, movement-informed training.
WHO THIS TRAINING IS FOR
Our Strength & Personal Training is ideal for people who:
Want structured strength training, regardless of fitness level or experience
Are coming from rehab or recovering from injury
Want to build power, endurance, or athletic performance
Care about movement quality and long-term resilience, not just “toning” or “weight loss”
Like a small-group or 1-on-1 setting rather than a big, impersonal gym
Prefer coaching that’s informed by movement science and rehab principles
Want to avoid re-injury while getting stronger
If you want training that respects your history, your body, and your long-term goals — this is for you.

WHAT MAKES OUR TRAINING UNIQUE
Integrated, collaborative care
United Movement isn’t “just a gym.” It’s a full ecosystem where training is connected to physical therapy, chiropractic care, Pilates, and movement diagnostics. This means your training considers your movement history, your weaknesses, your mobility, and your rehab background — all built into your strength plan.
Movement science + objective data
We use objective tools like Kinetisense 3D movement analysis to assess how you move, detect imbalances, and track progress. Training plans aren’t guesswork — they’re data-informed.
It fits the United Movement movement model
Small-group or individualized — choose what works for you
Whether you want personal attention or a supportive small-group environment, we offer flexibility. Foundations of Strength class (max 4 people) or fully individualized training based on your goals.
Goal-driven, sustainable progression
Programs are built to meet your individual goals — whether rehab to resilience, athletic performance, mobility + longevity, or general strength. We guide progression intelligently, not by hype.
A space built for more than “just lifting”
Our facility isn’t a typical gym — it’s designed to support function, rehab, mobility, strength, and longevity, with movement-informed equipment, assessment tools, and coaching that cares about more than just “max lift.”
